This is a XVII century town house with modern installations, private garden with outside tables, deck chairs, barbecue... The house is located in Llabia, a small lovelly town in Baix Empordà (Costa Brava), with a XI century Roman church, very near by Platja de Pals Beach and Estartit beaches, between sea and mountains, close to Peratallada, Ullastret, Pals, l'Estartit, Torroella de Montgrí and la Bisbal. 

Situated on the range of hills that surrounds the former pond of Ullastret, The nucleus of the village is dominated by the Romanesque church of Sant Romà. It was built around the 12th and 13th centuries and has a single nave with a semicircular apse and a pointed vault.

Away from crowding, you will enjoy a swimming pool with beautiful views to fantastic sunsets, surrounded by nature and only 4 Km. from the beach and 5 km from 4 of the best golf courses in Spain.
